Financial Services Professional with over 20 years experience in consumer lending and services with a wide range of responsibilities. The roles include Business Manager, Channel Manager, Central Sales Manager, Relationship Manager, Business Development Manager, Customer Services Manager, and Marketing Manager. As business manager, communication and collaboration were critical in a matrix environment that included partnering and collaborating with Risk Management, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and Compliance in building sound business strategies that fit the vision. Other expertise includes team building, recruiting, sales management, cross sell, building relationships, strategy, and product management.

Prior to joining Leader One, Kevin spent his entire career with Wells Fargo located in Iowa, Missouri, Minnesota, Georgia, and Pennsylvania. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Iowa and his family is currently residing in Unionville, PA, just outside of Philadelphia.
